Sometimes I forget that everyone on this board isn't old enough to remember how the world stopped on 9/11 and what it felt like to be absolutely clueless as to what might happen next.

This isn't an attack to that severity, but give it time before you go questioning how this might affect someone's politics or worldview.

Let victims mourn.

I see your point. I probably presumed her opinions on Islam based on her previous statements on Trump.
This reminds of the long conversation I had with my extremely liberal friend and discourse around "all Trump supporters are bigots." That's nonsense, expecially since there are only a few options.

To the most irrational on the opposite side, which I think is terrifyingly all too common the narrative becomes:

If you voted for Trump, you're a bigot who supports gun violence.

If you voted for Hillary, you want to see WWIII and love terrorist.

What's the point of voting if you're going to become one of those options.

Obviously no one wanted this that to happen.

But off of what little I know about her, she doesn't come off as one to be swayed from having a simple conversation about politics

Well then her opinion is not worth swaying:

I don't like her or her politics. But don't diminish what she just went through. 19 people died because they came to see her perform. I don't give a frick who you are, that's a tough pill to swallow. She's going to feel a ton of guilt, even though she shouldn't

She did NOTHING wrong. She merely tried to being a little joy into some young lives and did just that, until the idiot showed up.

I do hope that some begin to understand that these are not normal logical people committing these acts. They cannot be reasoned with, appeased or be stopped by words.

Unfortunately reality showed up tonight in a very ugly form. Maybe more will wake up. My prayers for the affected persons and their families and friends.

oh, now the left wants to leave politics out of the things and just look at things in a vacuum. How rich. Like progressives have ever wasted a tragedy to push their agenda

For real!

They jump on tragedies like white on rice.
Doing things like standing on the graves of the dead children of Sandyhook to push gun control.

She's an idiot and a singer. Her reaction is utterly meaningless no matter what.

Unless she were a Trump supporter, then she'd be a genius patriot like James Woods.

James woods is still infinitely more intelligent than ariana Grande. Give me a break. I don't care what side she's on. She's a pop singer, nothing else about her is relevant. Take it to the music board.

For one, you brought it up. You take it to the music board. For two, all that matters is that a person agrees with your dumbass opinions, and that's true for 99% of the posters on this stupid board.

That's generally part of the silly political party realm. "Conservatives" did the same to Obama.

Good, there's at least a tiny chance you understood it. No one could learn from it more.

You do know that James Woods has one of the highest IQ's on the planet right? That makes him a genius. I am sure you also know he alerted the FBI to the 9/11 bombers months before 9/11 because they were acting shady on a plane right? That makes him a patriot. He is worthy of the praise he receives.

I am not blaming Ms. Grande for this incident in any way but she has admitted she hates America and has licked donuts so other people will have to eat them and that is far from being patriotic or a genius.
