It's easy to say 100 were shot...but only have to prove 12 were killed. So maybe 12 were shot...because otherwise that's the biggest survival rate in the history of the world - FOR BEING SHOT!

That entire article doesn't even read right.

Those quotes read like an info-commercial for more repression.
