I remember the "good ole days" of Walter Cronkite... He was a journalist and news man.. He was liberal as shite, but you never knew it because he was always impartial when he was reporting the news. Just presented the information, no added commentary.

Election night, CNN, MSNBC had personalities in tears when it was clear HRC was going to lose.. No objectivity.

You gave the answer I should have given.

Would you like some more one line necessary lessons:

Those who don't study history are doomed to repeat it.

If you're the smartest man in the room, then you're in the wrong room.

If you're satisfied with your government, you're already controlled.

know so many people today believe very little of the news that is broadcast by the MSM . The government has a serious integrity problem and there's no need going through that laundry list, y'all know it's a long one.

This is a real problem. When the citizenry loses faith in their "free press" and government, bad things tend to follow.

Maybe if some politicians and federal officials were actually indicted/charged and sent to prison the integrity, honor, and righteous character of the USA could be rebuilt over time.

I'm not sure about the MSM. Maybe if MSM witnessed shite hitting the fan in DC they would get the damn message.

When you have a government for and by the people the people get the government they deserve.

We the people are too blame...we are scared, greedy, discontented and jealous. We had 3500 people murdered 16 years ago this September and we decided that we would simply give up on the grand experiment. We are more concerned about skin color and sex and religion than things that matter like politicians and business being in bed together and incestuous relationships between "enemies" and "allies".

We have the unmitigated temerity to suggest that a person person should wait until they can afford to have a baby to have a baby as if there is ever a good time to have a baby BUT having babies is the only reason we exist. We have the temerity to hold the notion that a hungry person should be shot for eating apples out of our trees....or a thirsty person should be shot for trespassing on our ground to get a drink of water.

We have one side of the political spectrum who truly does not seem to mind if we murder innocent women and kids in order to kill muslims and on the other side we have people who are willing to overlook the fact that muslims enslave women and will think nothing of tossing a gay man to his death in the interest of acceptance and diversity.

The MSM media is an easy fix...in order to broadcast in any manner for 3 hours a day there should be no advertisement for an hour on either side of any sort of news. Print media is dead so it wouldn't matter with it but TV, radio and the internet is all about advertising.

And finally...and this is going to happen...someone somewhere is going to be able to convince a court that they suffered damages as a result of fake "pizzagate" type rumors on social media...and they are going to sue anyone who published that shite, any ISP who allowed it on their network and any individual who forwarded it to anyone else...and that will be, as they say, all she wrote on that front....

We are the problem. We are dishonest to one another but more to the point we are dishonest to ourselves...and that is a sympton if insanity....

I'll print those off for future battles.

But to be honest I like to hatch my own sayings if possible..., like this one,

Rather than removing 4 inches from my schlong, I have chosen to lower the water in the toilet bowl.
