If you actually believe that McConnell, Graham, Cornyn etc. would allow there to be a senate trial that exposes the deep state, you are on crack
Too many people in high places that would be put at risk were that to happen.

There will probably be a senate trial, but its not going to be some grand master plan to expose democrats and the deep state. It's going to be a quick, boring trial to get it over with so the vote can be not to impeach/remove Trump and we can move on with our lives

Republican senators will not convict and remove a Republican President with such incredibly low numbers like this.
Liberals and Never Trumpers constantly talk about how and why they can pick off the cucks in the GOP but they're forgetting those Republicans have primaries to win and they can't win general elections if they lose the primary.

The democrats said from the get go that they were going to impeach Trump. That's what the constituents want and that's what we are getting. Just know we are going though a low point in Political discourse in this country. If we could fast forward 50 years I suspect we will still have a country but there's a little of me that is not sure.

That is as much a side topic as the impeachment push itself imo.
What is important is to go after the one's behind it and prosecute to the full extent of the law.

miss lindsey, romney, the turtle, all of them are fricking dirty, that reason alone is why a trial in the senate will go nowhere, literally, no where. There is NO WAY they will allow any of DJT's lawyers to kick off the shitstorm..if there were any case, about anything that could be made against DJT it would have happened by now and there would have been no need for the circus.

Why? Because they're still Republican senators and they would still like to work with other Republican senators and voting to remove a popular Republican President out of office makes them absolutely toxic to the rest of the party and confines them to a status as absolute pariahs.
And what's more is that they're Republican senators that has to win Republican primaries and they cannot be Senator any more if they lose their primary.
Ask yourself this: Impeachment of Trump right now has democrat votes against it. How the hell do you expect RINOs to support impeachment in light of that?

You're not allowing for previously-comped Senators to have made a deal to go and sin no more. Most crooked GOP members of the house were given the option of simply not running for reelection in 2018, hence the unusual number of seats available for the Dem power grab.
