Is it possible for us to tell BOTH the Jews and the Muslims in the Middle East to GFY?

I get why we've been over there for decades, but I'm thinking now is the time to peace out on the entire region. I mean, frick 'em. Do we really GAF about these people?
Also, if you have a really strong opinion on the US being involved over there (Jew or Muslim), then your arse should probably move over there and give it a try.

I don't. We shouldn't be getting involved in generational conflicts, like Afghanistan and the Middle East. These situations are virtually unsolvable, especially by outsiders.

I don't think we care about their history as much as their oil. I know we are "friends" with Israel, but frick all that. frick everybody at this point that's not in our best interests.

If those 7 million Jews think it's that important to live there, then good luck. I think their God might be ok with them moving, but they don't and so here we are. I thought Jewish people were supposed to be smart.

Their forefathers did fine for multiple millennia, living with both Muslims and Christians.
But Zionism, formulated in the late 19th century, has brainwashed many Jews in the last few generations into thinking that their religion can only survive in the state of Israel.
(I do see that side of the argument as well. I can understand why Jews, or any other religion, would like to have a society that allows them to practice freely.)

Exactly how is Israel beneficial to the United States?

I think we should let Israel do what they want…just with no help from us. If they want to take Gaza, do it…if they want to fight whoever and take their riches…good luck. You already have what you have…
