You folks need to start realizing no one is going to accept the election results.

Get your things in order.

Here is the processing and counting laws for PA

The question is publishing - the polls would not be closed technically if people are still able to send in a ballot

How about no. You don't vote on time, well, next time try harder.

This, this, and well this.

Every precinct in Cali, NY, Chicago, and Broward County, toss the whole lot of the votes.

From the mail-in ballot expansion passed last year. It clearly says that the ballot has to be received by 8 pm on the day of the election. Then the board has to meet no later than the 3rd day following the election to canvass the ballots that were received by 8 pm on primary/election day. LINK

quote:

(ii) An absentee ballot cast by any absentee elector as defined in section 1301(i), (j), (k), (l), (m) and (n), an absentee ballot under section 1302(a.3) or a mail-in ballot cast by a mail-in elector shall be canvassed in accordance with this subsection if the absentee ballot or mail-in ballot is received in the office of the county board of elections no later than eight o'clock P.M. on the day of the primary or election.

(2) The county board of elections shall meet [on the eighth day following the election to canvass] no earlier than the close of polls on the day of the election and no later than the third day following the election to begin canvassing the absentee ballots and mail-in ballots received under this subsection and subsection (h)(2). The canvass shall continue through the eighth day following the election. One authorized representative of each candidate in an election and one representative from each political party shall be permitted to remain in the room in which the absentee ballots and mail-in ballots are canvassed. Representatives shall be permitted to challenge any absentee elector or mail-in elector in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (3).

Lol, what's the threshold of a state's votes that are determined fraudulent to negate that state's electoral votes?

One.
One thousand?
One million?
Whatever flips the vote?

This presidency will ultimately be decided by the supreme court, and we all know it.

Does this mean you can mail them after the election? Can be postmarked after Nov. 3? Postmarked before the 3rd but can be counted if received after?
Not sure about the PA ruling, but a Federal judge (Obama appointee) said that Georgia has to count ballots that are postmarked by 11/3 and received at the county election office by 11/6.

If that is the case, counting and results should not be completed until those 3 days are up. I am fine with them doing that, as long they make it fair.

It will not be fair if they release "X" candidate has a 10,000 vote lead after election day and then 10,001 ballots come in for candidate "Y"

NO COUNTING UNTIL THE CLOCK IS UP!!!

except that's exactly what they are going to do with this ruling. The results won't be announced publicly but the right people will know what needs to be done and it'll get done.

If they don't have enough in 3 days, they will sue for an extension and win.

Go ahead and count PA as a win for Biden.

Can we just skip the election and go straight to secession?

It will be a lot less bloody and more people and businesses will survive.

Thanks...

But only until Biden takes the lead, then they will suspend counting and vote acceptance.

Take it to Federal Court. Election Day is specified by Congress. There is no “three days later” exception.

Election Day is not some fluid playtoy.

Newsweek says this is untrue. Someone is lying?

quote:

"There's one bit of good news that has gotten lost in the panic over a red mirage: six of the key states that will decide the election also require that absentee ballots arrive by election day," the Democratic strategist told Newsweek. "That means all of these states will have their ballots in hand on election day, and if they can get the resources they need to count them that day, we could know the results election night. The six states are Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

You basically extend the voting the 3 days and then count.

It is ridiculous because the mail in votes can be turned in early. There is no reason to arbitrarily move the deadline of vote arrival after the election.
