In Pennsylvania, you can now vote 3 days AFTER the election

Pennsylvania’s highest court on Thursday handed victories to the Democratic Party in an election-related lawsuit that sought favorable fixes to glitches and gray areas in the battleground state’s fledgling mail-in voting law.
The state Supreme Court, which has a 5-2 Democratic majority, granted the Democratic Party’s request to order an extension of Pennsylvania’s Election Day-deadline to count mailed-in ballots for three days after Election Day.
It also authorized the use of satellite election offices and drop boxes — which Philadelphia and its heavily populated suburbs are planning to use help relieve the pressure from an avalanche of mailed-in ballots expected in the Nov. 3 presidential election.
The court’s ruling comes as Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, and the Republican-controlled Legislature are at a stalemate over some of the issues, less than seven weeks before the election.

They own the fricking courts and enforcement at the local level.

It reads like they have a few days after election to count them, which is customary, as long as they are received by election day.

What we are really dealing with is disenfranchisement on a mass scale.

If that is the case, counting and results should not be completed until those 3 days are up. I am fine with them doing that, as long they make it fair.
It will not be fair if they release "X" candidate has a 10,000 vote lead after election day and then 10,001 ballots come in for candidate "Y"

Does this mean you can mail them after the election? Can be postmarked after Nov. 3? Postmarked before the 3rd but can be counted if received after?

Getting results on election night means that you would have to win an honest election. Mail-in voting on a mass scale is the best means they have to rig the election and they will.

Thus why I said "no counting"
You basically extend the voting the 3 days and then count.
