You must base this flawed assumption on your understanding that liberals tend to hold the armed services in lower regard than most. I mean, serving in the Peace Corps is the same as combat...right?

Yes, and the institution is taking care of the occasional one who has a hard time with 'orders'.

You are confusing the armed forces with individual military members, individual military members may have some political activities proscribed but they are not required to be apolitical.

No. BLM would. But they don't have a football game.

Wrong. None of the cadets made a political statement yesterday. They just applauded and cheered. Is that forbidden in the Military Code of Justice?

Like I said, officers swear an allegiance to the constitution.

Nope.

Following legal orders of said officer, in the defense of the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic isn't allegiance of officers.

"I, (state name of enlistee), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

Last week I read a fascinating website about WWI diaries with excerpts about how foreigners perceived American soldiers.

One German prison guard wrote: "When our commander tells the Americans something they call him a son-of-a-bitch. Our commander gets very mad. But the Americans are right. He is a son-of-a-bitch."

The Truth is not since JFK has a democrat given one shite about the armed forces. Obama, Clinton (especially HRC) has treated them with contempt.

Jesus, how butthurt can you possibly be?

The military is more conservative but they have their fair share of liberals. Looks to me that since Obama isn't as loved as Trump is then now we can label them Alt-Right, White Supremacist or anti whatever. The fact that you want to limit their free speech is appalling. Gfy
