I thought the Armed Forces were supposed to be apolitical?

Would they have given the same type of welcome to Obama at the Army-Navy game? The truth in the Armed Forces is filled with raging poli board types and they will never respect a Democrat president like they do a Republican one.

you couldn't be more wrong. First of all, soldiers (officers, at least) bear faith and true allegiance to the US, and whoever the CIC is, we support that and drive on.
Hell, I know a handful of professional soldiers who refuse to even vote.
You obviously never served. Take this nonsense elsewhere.

dims always try to gut the military and generally hate America. The dear leader has pushed his LGBTQ (hope I didn't miss anyone) agenda trying to hurt the military too.
Folks who volunteer to serve in the service don't generally hate America and don't like the benefits "they earned" screwed with.

I will tell you this, when I was in the military I know that 80% of the military DESPISED the democraps.
We knew who the real enemy was, and they were 'within'. We were not given respect by the left. We were looked down upon as trash by them.
We were out protecting this great nation from any and all harm, putting our very life's on the line and the POS's on the left NEVER gave us one bit of respect.

you do realize that all three and four star billets are POLITICAL appointments, confirmed in grade by the Senate....you also have to be confirmed by the Senate in grade to retire at the 3/4 star level, otherwise you revert to your permanent rank of two star....

No.
The truth is that the armed forces bear true faith and allegiance to our Constitution.
It's not their fault that the Presidents of one party affiliation respect that document more than the Presidents of the other affiliation.
Incidentally, where did you do YOUR basic training?
