had the FHA raise the amount FHA home loan buyers have to pay for insurance. $200K home will pay $500 more.

Yep, we're making American GREAT again.

If you can't scrounge together an extra $500, you don't deserve a house.

If you cannot afford a house then you should not be buying one. Does anybody even remember how we got into this mess?
I feel like I am taking crazy pills.

But you will probably save 12,000 a year for lower insurance and depending on your income a few thousand in taxes. Keep your head up frosty.

Dude if $500 makes or breaks the sale of a home for you then maybe you should stick to renting. Im not by any means wealthy but $500 will not kill the deal on home purchase for me.

They haven't raised a thing. Obama tried to lower the fee by .25% a week before he left office. All Trump did was cancel Obama's order effectively leaving the fee the same as it has always been.

Its actually $500 per year. Not enough to affect whether to buy a house or not. But if that change affected me it would ruin my Friday.

Don't be dense.
You know we are talking about down payments, credit, and MIP.
