How did I know that ballscaster was going to post something incredibly stupid?

Sorry the piece I was referencing is now 5 days old, which I didn't notice. When he's only been president such a short time that's a huge change in the stats. I'm sure he'll get his avg back up there by the end of the week......

Executive orders should be just that, orders from the top sent down to the bureaucrats or those working under the CEO as how things are to be done and how policy is to be carried out.
Of course these actions must be taken under the law and within the Constitution.
Are there things Trump is doing that are not under the law or constitutional? I believe his immigration orders follow the law?

I agree, but the leftists got away with it for 8 years and need a strong dose of their own medicine.
Got away with what exactly? Obama issued fewer EOs than Bush, Reagan, and many others. And he undid a lot of Bush era stuff, too.

Where is Jar Jar Binks to grant Trump emergency powers?

I'm not sure if right or left political extremist are the craziest but there is no doubt that the far right is a bigger collection of thin skinned a-holes.
Hmm let's see
Everything for at least the last 8 years but really the overall trend for a generation has been moving towards a situation where the "far right" is not allowed even to safely voice their beliefs in public.
Despite this, where have they been marching? Where are they breaking store windows, walking around in black masks beating on cars and people, stopping freeway traffic, etc etc?
Nowhere.
The left sees the election of a New York anti-establishment nationalist and flies into a frenzy of protest, hysteria, and calls for violence. Not on the fringe but from the heights and center of the progressive establishment.
The right is many things. Thin-skinned it is not.

And, as long as he doesn't overstep his constitutional authority as head of the Executive Branch, the numbers of EOs should not matter, at all.

Is there a difference between an EO naming a Federal recognition day and an EO making immigration law? Of course there is. So it's useless to compare the number of EOs enacted.

I don't like the Executive Order way of governing

This is a problem of language.
What term do we use to describe a normal presidential order as the head of an executive agency in order to give lawful direction to that agency?
What term do we use to describe an order that expands the power of the presidency in ways that it had never been expanded before, perhaps giving expanded powers to an agency that while not explicitly prohibited was never conceived of by the Confress that passed the law that created/empowered the agency and by the President that signed it?
And finally, the most extreme, what term do we use to describe an order by the President to specifically counteract or diminish a law that was lawfully passed by Congress and signed into law, perhaps by a prior President?
To discuss these three issues as if they are the same is unedifying and unproductive.

Executive orders are part of the government going back to the beginning. They are supposed limited to things that the president has direct authority over. It's like of the CEO of your company (assuming you have a job and are not a professional protestor) sends out a memo about an organizational change in policy

Article I Section 8 clearly states the Legislative branch has the power "to establish a uniform rule of naturalization". This is not under Article II.
By your comment I suppose you support DACA, DAPA, and the priority guidelines also?
