A president is more likely than not to surround himself with people who supported him throughout the endeavor. Those people who went all-in and put their names and politicl futures on the line for him. That makes political and pragmatic sense. The alternative would be to rely on those who were less than committed to your presidency. That makes little to no sense.

Reince will be a great Chief of Staff and he will be very productive in getting shite done on issues that do matter.

I don't want Trump to appoint "yes men." Maybe Priebus isn't. Time will tell.

So who is the next head of the RNC?

Savage was quoted in a breitbart article today as getting very upset over it. I don't get it. Priebus was pretty fair and supported trump through everything I can remember. Trump values loyalty pretty highly, and has shown he is quite ready to fire someone if he needs to.

What better way to secure the cucks in the house/senate than have Priebus be on your arm, demanding they bend the knee?

You realize that many voted for Trump instead of Cruz because Cruz was "too establishment" simply because he had been in Washington for a few years, right? If no one in government is above suspicion as an "insider establishment toady", then certainly the head of the reviled RNC is not going to be trusted.

That said, I'm glad Priebus got the job instead of Newt or Bannon.

I'm fine with Priebus.

I think that people like Savage absolutely thrive on controversy to get ratings and clicks.

All the controversy exists on the liberal side of the dial right now. This is mainly bluster, but with mild irritation about Priebus being establishment.

The majority of Trump supporters look to be like the majority of Obama supporters. They'll blindly follow him to the end of the earth without question.

#DRAINTHESWAMP... "but he needs the establishment to get anything done" Yeah, OK. Let's get the head of the f***ing RNC to be cheif of staff. The same guy who shite on Ron Paul and the Maine delegation in 2012 to get Mittens the nomination.

I voted for Trump, but y'all are the real cucks if you don't think we have to hold his feet to the fire the whole way.

A good leader doesn't surround himself with nothing but like minded people. Let's see where this takes us before freaking out.

Trump wants action not just words. This move is because Trump is NOT a politician and he isn't stupid. He needs a guide to navigate this Jungle. Great choice.

Do any of yall realize what Trump is up against! People literal lives are at steak. This isn't just about political style and beliefs; this is about big time corruption... think "The Mob", pedophilia etc. Powerful people want Trump dead. Powerful people will be implicated in many crimes. Don't expect them to just roll over and take it!

I'm not freaking out. I'm just saying we should still question things. Most people see Priebus as loyal to Trump because this is the first time they've even heard his name. That dude is the epitome of establishment. Listen to CNN for 5 minutes and see what they are saying about Priebus, that should tell you everything you need to know.

Now, it looks like he's putting Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in with Bannon and Priebus. I think this could be good.

You didn't just recommend that we do this? CNN tells me nothing I need to know.

Bannon is Trump's Karl Rove. He will likely have his ear more than Priebus.

Priebus delivered. Efficiency. He's nuts and bolts political; and with Bannon engineering the issues/plan, they'll push hard and fast and get things done before the Mid-Terms.
