How was Trumps speech " dark and militant "?

I rewatched the speech this morning and for the life of me I see nothing militant and dark in it. I heard a whole lot of truth and a man saying he wants to put Americans first. Wtf is wrong with that ? I would like one of our lib posters to explain why it was dark and militant.

It wasn't. They used that same term previously. I think they said his election acceptance speech was "dark", too. Sounds like a racist description to me.
