Honest question, do you think anything Obama did was corrupt and dishonest?

What exactly is being investigated? What was Nixon being investigated for? What are the parallels?

I just want to be clear on if Toddy thinks Comey should have kept his job? Sounds like that's the case?

I'll be the first to admit that I didn't like Comey. I think he helped Trump win the election. BUT, Trump should have fired him MONTHS ago. Now, he fires the man investigating him? The whole thing looks suspect and further reinforces the narrative that the Trump administration is corrupt as frick.

It's worth noting that after 5 pages, no one has addressed the fact that the president fired the person investigating him.

It's worth noting that no one gives a frick about the libtard false narrative.

This canning was waaaaaay past due.

Ok. Let's assume you're right. Wouldn't it have made more sense for him to fire him as soon as he took his seat behind the desk in the Oval Office?

Why wait and risk him uncovering the "truth"?

Your assessment is flawed.

When was it you said you were independent again? The investigation is still ongoing. It would be a Clinton WH attorney --the current deputy AG-- making the call as Sessions unlike the democrats recused.

Whether you're a Trump supporter or not, this cannot be disputed. This $hit stinks to high heaven.

I'll dispute it. In fact, this stinks less than Comey's handling of the Clinton emails affair and the failure to pursue the meeting between Bill and Lynch. That was a cover-up if ever there was one.

The only time this has happened is when Nixon fired the man investigating him.
You're obviously not old enough to have actually been there or else you would know this situation is not a strict analogy.

Same comment goes to a want.

This FBI Director was licking his thumb and sticking it in the wind to find out which way to sail throughout this entire ordeal (surprising because he appeared to have more intelligence and integrity than that). I don't know how that kind of performance benefits anyone, really.

In any event continue to be intellectually dishonest about your perceptions regarding Trump's actions, I could give a shite, but there is zero denying that this position serves at the pleasure of the POTUS.

If I were positive he was wasting his time and American $s and ample evidence pointing that way...plus his refusal to be able to link a crime to that email bullshite, is plenty to can anyone.

Because Trump is an absolute dumbass. That's exactly what's happened IMO. Comey has uncovered some stuff that's making Trump nervous.

Given the leaks coming from the shadow government I doubt that is the case. If it was, we would have heard about it.

That still makes no sense. Why not replace him with "your guy" immediately if you've got something to hide?

Just like the optics of Loretta Lynch meeting on the tarmac with Slick Willy right? That kind of bad optics?

You're not going to get any logical posts from this political board lol

They don't find anything suspicious or funny about any of Trump's dealings.
