I know some of them are paid to protest by Soros, and I know the liberal politicians lie just to push their party. I know some of these politicians may legitimately be scared because they are criminals and may be charged soon. So those above mentioned groups have motive. It makes them cowards and liars, but there's motive.

What I don't understand are the people with no motive. People like my friends. Trump has no history of being racist or homophobic. Help me understand. It's more disturbing now than it was before the election because Trump has made clear his agenda for the nation since the election, and no where in his agenda is anything harmful to blacks or LGBTQ's, so what am I missing?

I mean his pick for VP isn't exactly LGBT friendly lol. I think he thinks they can get shocked straight or something? I dunno, I don't think he's done anything "racist" but maybe a little sexist, doesn't really bother me if he does a good job. He needs to quit being a pussy on twitter about everything tho.

Did you know Trump is literally Hitler?

The camps and mass executions are an inevitability.

It doesn't make sense and it cost them the election, so they're doubling down. I have educated white friends who are hysterical bc for some reason they've bought into the idea that Trump is a klansman. They never wonder why after being a celebrity for 40+ years they only recently decided this about him. The only anti black thing they can ever cite is Trumps birther thing.

When someone says Trump is racist, I ask them what makes him racist. They got nothing substantial. It's a stretch, and there's more evidence to support he isn't.

Now - I'll entertain any suggestions he's sexist (I think bigot is the popular term?). He does have a pattern of attacking women in a certain way.

They have a terrible misunderstanding of the phrase "might makes right".

Yeh he does seem to be a little sexist. but let's be honest, a lot of men in his age bracket are. They have the whole stay home and look pretty idea of women. And yes many of them may believe women aren't as smart. I'm not saying Trump believes that, but I've gotten that impression from a lot of men 70 and up.

As a woman, however, I don't really see the point in being bothered by it. I don't think he will harm the feminists in any way. They can still "have it all" if they want.

Maybe he will improve the economy enough that those Women who want to embrace staying home with the children will be able to in the near future.

This entire experience has been very educational, and we haven't even begun his term yet.

For the full effect, you have to compare it to the fawning press and popular fellation of Obama, regardless of what he did.

Trump is challenging the progressive orthodoxy, and for this, regardless of any specific action he takes, he must be destroyed and his supporters demoralized and ostracized.

This isn't just politics as usual.

At least you're right on one thing. You don't know.

Mike Pence has never done or said anything in support of, belief in, etc. "shock" therapy, assuming you mean "conversion therapy." It's a popular lie/myth/fake news that originated with and is promulgated by the same bigoted group (the left).

Bingo.

Americans are finally waking up to the fact that they have, unknowingly, been at war for several years. They are finally starting to understand what Obama and his ilk really mean when they make statements like "We will punish our enemies."

It was hard for many to believe that a sitting POTUS would view his fellow citizens as an "enemy", but that is exactly how Progs view those who don't agree with them.

I'm not sure what makes him anti-LGBTQDKRUFB either.
All I can recall is the "Mexicans are rapists" thing and that he wants to build a fence and enforce immigration law which is racist too for some unknowable reason.

Short memory if you already forgot his Mexican judge comments.

Or the fact that he was sued successfully for being a racist landlord in the 60s.

But sure, aside from those and other things, he's never been a racist.

Fair enough, but he does think it's not natural and is a choice. So right off the bat he's batting 0 with that group. Not much you can say about it.

No, not successfully at all.

Is that it?

After working as a maintenance person in a housing project for a summer and seeing the damage done to property by people who know there will be penalty for their behavior I would have done the same thing as Trump to protect the value my property.

Lol the sixties! That was over 50 years ago that's over one half of a century! He was in his 20's! Geeze! Oh and the Mexican remark, his point was that because the Judge was of Mexican decent and because he, Trump was for deporting illegal Mexicans the Mexican judge may be biased against him, that sounds reasonable to me. What else u got?
