No it wont be funny. I know you are team democrat and all but in the end we all lose with the current Ocare. So take the partisan glasses off for a second.

It's an amendment of the replacement of OCare. But tell yourself and all your DU buds it is still OCare just so we can pass the damned thing.

It's Ocare and Obama said, so go tell it on a mountain and over the hills and at DU everywhere. Ya happy?

GOP Senate/House fighting for their lives on this one. America voted to lose ACA and if they can't make it happen they'll lose their jobs.

It is the numbers you guys can bring to muster on your "gotcha!" stuff that I find impressive.

I misread a thread title yesterday and had 9 replies in 5 minutes.

Politically smart. Puts the state legislatures on the hot seat.

If I can't get my old plan back under this proposal, it's because the Mississippi Legislature decided to keep the inane restrictions on consumer choice.

Agree, plus federalism and all that. That often goes out the window when R's are in charge. If liberal Oregon likes their plan they can keep it and the higher premiums.

Now we may have to do something about the subsidies so that lower premium states don't overly subsidize high premium states, but that is really a minor issue for me.
