Washington should be 1 forever. Eisenhower should be Top 5 or Top 3. That's all I got.

Polk did what he said he would do.

Washington was good.

Reagan and Eisenhower.
Coolidge.

Johnson, Wilson, Obama, Biden destroyed our nation.

So in their minds the greatest president is responsible for +650,000 American deaths, using the military against it's citizens, jailed the media, arrested without provocation State legislators, suspended Habeas Corpus, helped create an illegal State, claiming "War Powers", and other egregious acts against the people?

Yet the guy who started no wars is last?

Totally legit.

And they wonder why the history profession/ industry is dying

How is LBJ at number 9?? He should be in the bottom 10 just for the Vietnam War!

Biden should also be in the bottom 10 just for having Harris as his VP.

The fact that Obama has a ranking at all shows the list is trash.

LBJ is easily arguably in the bottom 5, I’d have a hard time keeping him from dead last

From an economic standpoint in the past it was Hoover that led to Depression. I was very happy with Bush Sr but Jr got us to 2008.

I think both had lees to do with the party and more to benefitting a few pals. both with tragic results.

Wilson

I am old but not that old. Not sure where I fall on Wilson. Was he a bas POTUS or just a bit of a pollyanna to think we could be better but not realizing how in grained some human nature is.

I knew Mr Jimmy personally and can tell you here and now, he is the only "true believer" in the POTUS crowd in my lifetime. Loved him and Nixon both.

Carter was the carrot
Nixon was the stick

A very Yin / Yang view of the best POTUS material.
