I edited the OP, as she says "civilian areas", not "schools", but they are synonymous.

If Hamas wasn't all about eradicating Israel from the face of the earth and more about helping Palestinians then there wouldn't be a need for so many weapons, rockets or tunnels.

Hamas has no military bases. Their members live in regular houses and apartment buildings along with the rest of the Gazans. The place is more densely populated than Manhattan.

Does Hamas have a right to break the naval blockade that has been imposed on them for seven years. Do people who are occupied have a right to resist their occupiers.
