Having children shouldn't be a reason to not deport illegals

I don't understand this line of thinking at all.

Illegal immigrants broke the law. Plain and simple. A mother who robs a bank doesn't get out of going to prison, or a mother who gets an addiction and gets caught with drugs doesn't get out of prison because they have children. I guess next time one of these things happen they should use "my family is made up of dreamers" as an excuse.

Why is it that illegals having children exempts them from being deported? That shouldn't mean shite. You broke the law. You should be thankful instead of going to prison where phone calls cost $5 to connect and $.30 a minute afterwards. You can talk to your child whenever you want and for much cheaper. Also you are still free and can eventually get back to your child or hell take them with you.

Our legal system rips families apart every day without blinking. We should rip these families apart as well. If you can't do the time don't do the crime.

Deporting someone is really no different from sending someone to jail when it comes to the family aspect

Except the child can go live with them. Also the toothbrushes aren't 2 inches long and you don't have to shite in front of 300 people.

Infact it sounds more humane.

A child born of an illegal should be considered an illegal. Easy fix and actually makes sense. Send them both back and ban them from applying for citizenship.

Who is going to raise them in the mean time? Is she supposed to call a pay phone and tell them have fun sleeping in a gutter?

My thought is from a logic standpoint. If you broke the law and made a shitload of money the govt would seize the money. So if you broke the law and entered the country illegally and had kids why would the kids be allowed to stay. Their presence here is the result of a crime. Seems pretty simple to me.

On the bright side, the gas station food quality has increased greatly, thanks to our uninvited guests...

Why can't they leave with their parents?

The kid can go back with them. Unless, of course, they aren't that close.

As wrong as it may be, if they are born here, then they are US citizens and don't have to leave. Parents are Mexican citizens and kids are US citizens. Screwed up all the way around. The parents should've thought of it before coming here though.

I have "zero" sympathy for any of them.

Sure, but the mothers being ripped apart from their children for other crimes don't pick crops or clean hotel rooms for cheap!

Correct...and if they choose to abandon their children instead of keeping the family together, thats on them not some "evil racist gringo".

If you are born here you are a citizen.

Would that be like a homeless person breaking into a rich persons house and having a baby. Since they were born there they get to live there.

Why am I a prick?

I know a guy who had a child. Worked 12 hours a day to pay for his child. The mother while he was working decided frick life I'm getting high and got arrested on drug charges and went off to prison. He didn't have any clue he was gone all the time. The legal system didn't say oh I see she has a 3 month old baby. I guess you are off the hook.

Nope. Went to prison. He is stuck taking care of the child alone. Family ripped apart with 0 fricks given in relation to the child or the distraught father.

If this can happen with any other crime. It should happen here. frick dreamers. Wake up this is reality and you broke the law. There are consequences.

Bank robbers and drug addicts don't provide cheap labor. Moreover, you're never going to convince the general population to think of an illegal alien providing for their family the same way they think of a crack addict. You just aren't, and it's futile to try.

At the end of the day, people can empathize with hardworking illegals. I myself have a hard time condemning them especially when we have millions of worthless welfare leaches who these illegals put to shame in both work ethic and family values.

How is it that in 2017 you don't know that this isn't true?

A crime is a crime dumbass. It's illegal. Idc about cheap labor. From a criminal stand point. These people broke the law. Bank robbers drug chargers, murders, illegal immigrants all have something in common. They criminals and they broke the law. There are consequences.

They started a family in a country they are not a citizen of. They knew it was a possibility they would be ripped apart. They need to stop telling us it's inhumane. Stop breaking the law and we will stop tearing your families apart.

Also they are cheap labor. They are now felons and can never get a job worth a shite ever again. They are now never going to be able to help in society ever again as people do not hire felons. Might as well give them the jobs that we hire illegals for. You are already hiring a criminal. Just replace one with another that is actually a citizen.
