Neither was the worst president ever (Buchanan, Wilson and Grant were much worse) and Carter's presidency left a far greater negative legacy both economically and internationally than Obama's.
The years have made people forget just how awful the state of affairs were in 1980.

Carter wasnt an idealist who tried to take the ship down with him. Obama isn't interested in change. He wants to save his failed policies at any cost

Woodrow and FDR are the two worst presidents ever.
We are still suffering under a lot of aspects of their presidency. So much bad precedent, bad law and many bad institutions were created under those two that has become impossible to get rid of.

Um, okay. Plus, LBJ was an amazing POTUS...probably the most powerful one ever. His policies, to a conservative, is what makes him awful.
