Got my first restaurant request for a vaccine card today

I forgot to bring my lunch, went to grab something quick from Wendy's on St. Charles and the dumb bitch told me, as I walked in, that I need a vaccine card to enter the restaurant. I told her she can kiss my fricking arse and promptly left.
Went to McDonalds further up the road and the lady behind the counter didn't give a flying frick that I wasn't wearing a mask.
I was more taken back by a minimum wage worker telling me I needed a vaccine card to eat at fricking Wendys.

As much as I truly hate it, I can almost promise you that she’s just doing as she’s told. At least she’s Working.

Are they checking at regular restaurants in New Orleans? I want to know because I would like to go eat out there but don't want to go and then have someone tell me they won't serve me bc of not having a vaccine card.

I have found the checks to be infrequent and inconsistent. Bars with live music seem most likely to check in a regimented way. I know I've been checked at dba, HOB, and Tip's.
