The GOP still needs to purge a few Senators from the party.

seems bizarre that pudzer would be the one that couldn't get confirmed. I get hiring undocumented and beating his wife, but that hasn't really been a problem before.

hell bannon beat the shite out of his wife, and he is having limited issues on the hill (as far as I can see)

No shite, look at what Bill did and remained president. Timothy Geithner dodging taxes and he is confirmed Treasury secretary. It's funny what politicians can do and remain in power.

I read earlier he hasn't been very cooperative with Senators in scheduling face to face meetings, answering their questions, or providing them with much info.

Pre-Oprah tape surfacing there were supposedly 2 GOP votes against him now its as many as 12.

Just guessing but they might have been sat down with the RSCC and told "30 seconds of this will be in the next ad you face"

and beating his wife

Ya know, I don't know if he did it or didn't do it.

But, I do know his wife has maintained that her accusations were a tactic to gain leverage in custody hearings and it isn't exactly like we've never seen that before.

So, I'm gonna have to say we shouldn't be so gung ho to assume it's true.

Mind you, I actually am not a big supporter of his nomination.

But, I hate that this shite can be laid at a person's feet, never proven or even ATTEMPTED to be proven........and then the rest of your life, people are calling you a wife beater.

Prior to the Oprah tape I could see that being a possibility- but she appeared anonymously. Why do that if not to raise awareness about actual violence?
