The best thing Cruz could have done for his campaign was distance himself from this lunatic. I liked Cruz and believe he is a true constitutionalist. However, I couldn't get past his alliance with Beck, Beck's behavior while campaigning, and Beck's behavior since Cruz dropped out.

I know so many people that loved the guy and watched his show religiously. I used to tell them he was a shameless clown. His shtick was so obvious from the beginning

Samantha Bee is trying (and failing) to fill a void John Stewart left. He was by far the best at what they are doing. Had the best writing.
You baws on here usually just want like minded people to jerk you off. Bee is not one of those people. But her show is near unwatchable. Stewart now? If you could not at least chuckle a couple times as he made your blood boil? You take yourself too seriously and need a Xanax.

I don't know why anyone would expect otherwise from an addict. Like many others, Beck has all kinds of weird ideological defense mechanisms designed to keep his mind occupied and satisfied, i.e., sober.

The ONE worthwhile thing Beck did that will always stick with me is this Veterans Day tribute where he narrated a story of the Vietnam Wall...forgetting it is Beck and just listening to the story will bring some powerfully emotional mental images to anyone with a pulse. Here is the link:
