This "girl" is probably really a boy and is kicking arse and the other teams finally had enough.
The fact that the parents showed health insurance is the dead giveaway. As someone who played against many illegals growing up in soccer, the birth certificate was the undeniable deciding factor in age, and I would assume the same would be true for sex.
Health insurance companies i believe allow you to change your gender on the plan.

No way that is a girl. You can tell most butch dykes trying to look like men are still genetically female. Like others have said, it is not out of line to request a birth certificate to verify ages for little league sports.

My teams still have to every season. Team mom keeps the binder, and if the other team asks for it, we have to line up and they match up the player to their birth certificate and player info sheet - may even ask them a question like birthdate etc...

Here's my take - the "girl" either got caught taking a piss in the girl's locker room and her third leg got accidentally revealed while taking the piss or other girls on the team discovered that the "girl" was going to the boy's locker room to take a piss. The teammates went to their parents and here we are.

They likely didn't have a BC on hand hence the insurance card; HOWEVER, in alerting the news channel, that would've been time to lay the boom with a valid BC. It would've brought swift public outrage. Reason I believe they didn't? "Shes" obviously a male.........the league was fed up and called the bluff.
