about leaks from Comey. This means will be asked if he ever leaked anything else, so on & so forth.
ETA: The senate intel committee & the IG at the DOJ will receive the complaint from the legal team at the WH. The complaint is that Comey leaked work related info without permission which applies to classified AND non-classified info. Damn...

I've never dealt with this type of situation but based on my understanding. The FBI computer doesn't matter. What matters:
- He made notes in his capacity as Director of the FBI
- The notes were regarding meetings that he conducted while Director of the FBI
- Once his "personal" notes become public record, they are consider records during his time as Director of the FBI
- Therefore, they fall under the same laws as any other records he generated in his capacity as Director of the FBI

If sharing notes you made while a gov worker was illegal how do so many politicians publish books taking about their time in office?
