I understand their capabilities for sure. I think they're intelligent too, but I think their brazenness may not go away. I think they're disillusioned on taking on the United States

Does anybody think this situation is like the movie "Wag the Dog"?
Is ISIS being pumped in order to provoke fear in America and ensure we enter another boondoogle?
I mean, they behead one journalist but allow others to film them?
The whole "village on the mountain running for their lives" thing struck me as odd, and kind of "made for tv".

They had their chance for years to man up, why didn't they do it then?

Here's the problem. They only understand extreme violence. They can only relate to savagery. Playing nice with this ISIS crew is not going to work, not ever. Either we get dirty getting the job done or we're going to eventually pay a horrific price here in the states - they'll do something that will make 9/11 pale in comparison.
