The report points out the woods violations big time then goes on for hundreds of pages of kind suggestions of how they can fix it. Then Wray for many pages says how he did and basically all will take training classes and new rules and regs were submitted to the FBI/DOJ whoevers computers.

I see no criminal referrals (maybe I missed them?) but a lot of redactions

Graham's hearing will be how they will fix it all like this BS redacted report. And exactly nothing will be fixed. They will just fix it so they never get caught again...
