First time I've been pleased with a major Trump action.

I agree. Can't believe I'm ok about this and all his supporters are upset.

I support reasonable actions. Opposed Iraq. Supported Afghanistan.

Support this strike. Don't want boots on the ground, but this was a good move.

All his supporters aren't upset. Some of the libertarians on this board are flipping their lids over freaking cruise missiles, most of which probably had to hold their nose when voting for Trump over Hillary. But most of Trumps core supporters know that this was just Trump signaling Assad that he isn't Obama, and chemical attacks will not be tolerated by this administration.

Now if he decides to send roll tanks into Syria, then Trumps core supporters will flip out.

Because frick Assad and frick killing innocent men, women, and children.

We can't always intervene, but if we can do something like this, we should.

Yeah I've been anti Trump this whole time but feel ok about this. Am a little worried about Russia's response, but it's good to know we're not on the wrong side of history right now.

100% agree. Use of chemical weapons on civilians shouldn't be accepted and the response doesn't endanger US lives.
