Well since we're being technical, the trial takes place in the Senate. They'd have to defend themselves before the Senate. They don't have many rights when it comes to the investigation and proceedings actually conducted in the house.

A previous poster posted an older article showing that the 9th circuit court was overturned at a greater than 75% ratio
Is that all 9th circuit decisions or all 9th circuit decisions granted cert?

Those House members opposed to the impeachment present arguments why they oppose it. It's not like the House just votes on an article of impeachment up or down without any debate.

Which should tell you I edited more than once before you responded.

Pretty slow Russian. But then again you are trying to say this is an abuse of power, which is completely retarded. Get your coffee in this morning?

No, you didn't. When I replied to your post you had not edited it yet. Just admit you fricked up and move on. I make mistakes, too.

So if it "plays out" that the EO is upheld and the judge is overruled, then you would be in favor of impeaching the judge, right?
No. Are we going to impeach every judge who has a decision overruled now?

Can someone explain the ruling? I'm hearing that the Judge ruled on some economic harm to some colleges, and not the Constitutionality(which is pretty clear)??

Then what was your purpose of bringing up the party of the President who appointed the judge, hack? I don't believe that judges who abuse their power is limited to any particular party.

No, only in cases where a majority of the members of the House of Representatives believes a judge has abused his power.

Sure, let's waste some more taxpayer money and politician's time. You're gonna have a tough time if you're going to everytime Donald gets brake-checked. I mean, this is friendly fire.

I don't believe it would be a waste. The judicial branch of the Federal government is wayyyyyy out of control.

Plus, congressman don't get paid by the hour....

The people's representatives.

No one should have a problem with the people standing in judgement of their judges.

Otherwise there would be no check on their power.
And from these threads we all know how leftists feel about checks and balances.
