FBI allowed Mohamed Drawing Attack in Texas - First time poster

Why would they allow this to happen after following and interacting with these guys. They were literally feet from them at the scene before they began shooting, knowing they had planned this. So why would the FBI allow this under obama given his general narrative and desire for refugees? Also it's just f'd up in general.

But why allow an actual attack you knew was planned and about to occur? Why couldn't the headline have been "FBI thwarts terror plot in Dallas."? Why allow the potential for innocent people to die?

In Texas they hunt every animal on the planet. This was no different. They were armed and ready and felt like they could handle the risk.
This was just hunting with an alibi of self defense.

I am definitely not an Obama fan but what should the FBI done if up until the shooting the twin had not broken any laws?
I hope no one is OK with arrests for the intent to do something bad. It would be one thing if they were rolling up with a car bomb but if they legally possessed the guns how would you like it handled?
