Everything they've done the past 2 years. Suppression of Ivermectin might be the worst.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the people dying in the hospitals who wanted to bring in doctors to treat them with Ivermectin, and the hospitals, doctors, and judges fighting them tooth and nail in the courts to stop or block them from getting treatment, as they lied on their death beds. Or pharmacists denying doctor prescriptions for medication that works.
I had to go through an out of state doctor and an out of state pharmacy to get my Ivermectin, which I mostly got to have on hand for family members in case they needed it. It cost a lot of money, but was worth it. It fixed mine and my wife's case of Covid both in one day, the shite works and I can't believe they allowed people to die over it, and even actively work against them from being able to obtain it.

If they allowed ivermectin, then there’s no pretense for emergency vaccine

If they allowed Ivermectin, how would Pfizer "create" essentially the same thing that they could charge $500 a dose for?

But why would the doctors all lie? Individual doctors, pcps, ER docs, what was in it for them? Why did they go along?

Fear of getting blacklisted

Did you have a memory wipe?
No all individual doctors "lied." Bureaucrats raced to prevent its prescription in the vast majority of places by threatening licenses.
Who needs the lie when you can just lock the cabinet.

Not all did. But the simple answer is insurance companies, licensing boards, attorneys, and pharmaceutical companies. Most doctors are just glorified drug dealers anymore, working on behalf of Pfizer.

Suppressing HCQ was even worse than that seeing as they had a 2005 study that it was great at eradicating coronaviruses. At least ivermectin was more theoretical, but HCQ it was not and should have been utilized. It's just the media said "Orange Man Bad" when he said he was taking it and told people to talk to their doctor about taking it. It was so bad that Fauci bought out all the large pharma companies entire reserves of HCQ and ivermectin back in March 2020.
They had been using these two on the front end along with monoclonal antibodies (especially in nursing homes). Instead Fauci went with a back end lethal Remdesivir treatment for $3K a pop along with ventilators all so he could get his emergency vaccine authorization which would be illegal as all frick with an effective front end treatment. You've seen with your eyes have been unclouded by fear and lies, and you can never unsee it.

My doctor had been adamantly opposed to ivermectin and then.....he got covid and guess what he took? Yep...Ivermectin. He now says he will prescribe it and when asked what kept him from doing so before he mad a vague comment about "State Medical Association" 100% dictated it not be used.

My doc towed the corporate line but admitted to me that he didn't agree. He said he would be out of a job and a ostracized. So he did what he had to do to keep a paycheck. I still like him, but my respect for him was halved.
The doctors who spoke out were all drug through the mud and ridiculed in the media. Much the way all cults act.

There was a pretty good piece from the wife of an Ohio physician on the defaming campaign.

What I want to believe is that they succumb to fear and pushed the vaccines as a miracle cure.
What I fear is that they knew all along and there is some really bad reason why all this went down.

It breaks my heart to think of all the people that weren’t given the chance to even TRY IVERMECTIN and ended up dying. What could it have hurt?

This, I’ve posted this before. Not much infuriates me but it’s infuriating to think of how many people died because of this that didn’t have to. Several people I know died and some came close where ivermectin could have avoided it.

No, it does not work like that. There is a small chance it fixed your cases, and a much bigger chance that you would have been fine had you not taken Ivermectin.
My wife and I took nothing, and we got better PDQ. So that means we could have taken anything - Viagra, Brawndo, Penicillin, anything - and we'd have the same argument for those that you have.
There was a lot of research done on Ivermectin. Some showed small increases in successful outcomes, and some showed none. It was largely ineffective, but you're right, folks should have been allowed to use it.
