frick him and ESPN. I will only watch my college teams...otherwise, their programming does not play in my house.

I hope ESPN is history as soon as possible.

Growing up people loved ESPN
Absolutely!! And I stayed on the ship defending them until about a year+ ago. ESPN is an iconic brand of my childhood, it breaks my heart in a way to see everyone collectively hate it. But the hate is well deserved and I hope msespn gets fricked by an aids dick

Sounds pretty political and pretty pathetic. The public narrative goes how your network goes. Your network is being called out for being a disgrace to the sports world for being way to political, not only that, but only supporting one side of the iasle and your response is to tell these people "don't believe the public narrative" "don't let this divide us". bullshite frick you, and your SJW agenda.

They started the division, now they want to play victim and blame it on us. Sounds familiar, no? It's their stupid identity politics that divides everyone.

You just nailed the Prog approach perfectly.

This idiot knows they are political. Progressives lie. No matter how blatantly obvious things are, they will lie to your face anyway, then mock you when you point out said lie.

That is all this is.

ESPN officials don't seem to understand that going overboard to promote "diversity" is political. If your promotion goes beyond hiring practices then it's just dressed up politics.

And we talk about sports all day every day. Of course, sports is intertwined with society and culture, so "sticking to sports" is not so simple.

I'm sure ESPN could choose to talk about any number of issues that players are involved in besides sports, but why is the topic of things like racism, transgenderism, BLM, etc. the only ones ESPN chooses to focus on?

Yes it is you jackass. You actively go out of your way to involve yourselves in political narratives. Don't do that.

A google search indicates that ESPN gets accurate DVR information from cable and satellite companies. Somebody else who knows the industry can confirm this maybe?

My point is that maybe if this is the case, it's time for those who haven't cut the cord to at least delete ESPN content from their record playlists ?

I also think it would be time to goon up their National radio programming with Howard Stern style political call ins. And then when the National guys say this is a sports show say " since when" and act surprised.

And the signs on Game day would be a nice touch. I just think it's time to drink their fricking milkshake. Make them pay for betraying their country with all this Anti- American Progressive Agitprop. Make them not only pay the price on the bottom line, but make them squirm by confronting them . Every single one of their on air personalities should have to defend this shite every time he leaves his house . Quit being polite with these divisive fricks. If they want division- give it to them.

Companies bending over backwards to appeal to millennials has cost them far more money and customers than it has won them.

This thread has been specific to PBSC (political BS correctness) and we all know what's going on there.

But, this trend to millennials is not the whole picture. ESPN has been slanting for several years now towards "soccer" to capture that truly worldly audience of the most corrupts sport ever devised. Not a week goes by without some head of podonk committee of the WC that gets arrested for embezzlement or payola in one form or another.

The sport is OK I guess if you enjoy 90+ minutes of good athletes running around kicking a ball and when they fall down grabbing their shin and crying like a baby, then hopping up and ready to play again.

Get ready for the future aided and abetted by ESPN and the like...ban football and lets play kick ball.

"Diversity" also doesn't actually mean diversity. Diversity to them means "as few white men as possible"
