The swamp is deep.

Trump may not have enough firepower.

A few tweets from the Twitter bully pulpit could light a fire under some asses. If the Tweeter in Chief was actually engaged and cared about governing...

Trump is a Revolutionary. This is a Revolution. The Counter-Revolutionaries are composed of the entire rest of the World, except for a few Republicans and Trump's voters.

How much of the Republican Party are opposed to Trump? I don't know. HOWEVER, it is quite clear that the two oldest of the GOP Old Guard, McCain and Graham, are ready to work with the Counter-Revolution to undermine and destroy Trump.

Fact is this: the Establishment GOP is scared to death to take away OR reduce ANY Entitlement Program or ANY "Freebie". Those are controversial moves, and none of those guys want to do anything controversial that might anger the Press.

Cassidy got his political start at the state level. He was Lane Grisby (the owner of Cajun Ind.)'s wife's doctor. Lane got into a personal beef with his district's legislature, so he asked Bill to run for the seat and bankrolled his campaign.

It's typically harder to undo a mess than to create one.
