So far, Trump has nominated fewer than three dozen of the 550 most important Senate-confirmed jobs

So you're upset he's not adding more to the federal budget? Shocked...

Seems like something they should get working on. Probably more important then warring with the media or making up terrorist attacks.

Probably not. Seems like most of these positions are non-essential.

I mean, this is verifiable. He hasn't made all of the requisite appointments. I don't know what the usual timeframe for that is compared to previous administrations, and I don't know how essentiall some of the posts may be.

Some of them could probably be deemed unnecessary, but many of them are crucial for day-to-day operations within each department.

The bigger issue here after reading the article is Trump disqualifying otherwise qualified people because his aides found negative comments that candidate has said about Trump. Sad!

Wew, lad. That wasn't that hard.

Could you cite the correct number then?

The correct number is irrelevant. Here is what is relevant: your side, the Democrats, have declared war on Trump and publicly announced their plans to aggressively obstruct his efforts to follow the normal process for filling out appointment slots in his administration.

As such, Democrats have aggressively worked to slow things down. THEN after they create the conditions they blame Trump for creating the condition. It's a common Democrat tactic.

Now then, you and I both know that your Democrats are not going to halt their all out efforts to disrupt and obstruct all efforts of POTUS to complete his appointments, so, may I ask you: What is the logic of any further discussion of this particular issue?

Your side has created the conditions that your side now disparages.

Can you cite the real numbers as it pertains to this issue then?

What difference does it make? Trump is going to fundamentally transform the United States of America. That takes time and careful consideration.
Whats the problem?

Eliminate as many of them as possible. That would be a step in the right direction, don't you agree?

Something that is crucial for day to day operations, does not mean those day to day operations are crucial.
