I want to see the legal arguments over whether Sterling has standing and whether he is competent to file suit. The Sterling Family Trust has determined he is incapable of fulfilling his duties as trustee of the trust that actually owns the team. That is the face they put on the announcement of the sales agreement with Ballmer. How can Sterling sue if he is not fit to act as trustee for the trust that owns the team?

Why would Silver have to explain anything? Was he in charge of discipling during those incidents?
Does Roger Goddell have to explain why his punishments are way harsher than Tagliabue's before him?
