Being effective at making messages is a federal case?

I guess so since they are used to having to lie, cheat, and steal to keep their 99% conviction rate.

You know, I held out hope that this was semi legit and some convos would surface of the guy literally saying they’re trying to hurt Hillary and help trump, but this is just retarded 4chan speak.

This indictment is tyranny.

Those memes were art and are protected by the First Amendment.

Biden’s DOJ going after people for posting stupid memes isn’t funny. It’s fricking terrifying. In a movie this would be funny. In real life this is beyond the limits of what we should accept.

How long before the secret police with black bags start showing up on people’s door steps?
This whole board is fricked if this is the direction this country is headed in.

I hope not. If this guy DID what is ALLEGED, he should go to jail.

He lied to potential voters who opposed HIS candidate and told them that they could vote by text and thus "avoid the lines" of voting in person. He tricked potential opposing voters into NOT going to vote. 4900 of them.

That is election fraud, on a massive scale.

Imagine that he went to your Grandma's house with a ballot and then told her that he would deliver it to the courthouse for her. As a result, she did not vote. That is exactly what he did here ... just electronically.

It was a joke man, a fraternity prank.

If I'm on his jury, he's not guilty and I don't need to hear any evidence.

Since when is Vote By Text a thing for US elections?

Under the “reasonable person” standard, it should be ignored because no reasonable person who has voted in this country for a government election has ever done so that way.

This is for President, not American fricking Idol or Dancing With The Stars.

If you are dumb enough to fall for that, you shouldn't be voting.

And right on cue, self-described conservative Aggie Hank steps up to defend this utter bullshite. If I tell you to go frick yourself, am I liable if you kill yourself doing it with a cactus? Asking for a friend.

He is indicted for using false information to effect the 2016 election.

We watched Congress, the FBI, the DOJ, and the media propagate a false narrative of Russian collusion for four damn years to disrupt Trump's presidency and influence the 2020 election.

Clown world in full effect.
