No, the question that needs to be answered is how far his use of force went in the matter.

Pro-Brown witnesses claiming he shot him while he was running away and surrendering

Pro-Darren friends claim that Brown initially ran away and then turned back to confront the officer and kept coming. There is second hand audio immediately after the shooting in which 2 witnesses give credence to this.

Oh yeah?

See, when big groups of white folks come out to destructively defend scumbags (of a much worse potential nature than Mike Brown), nobody rushes to TD and asks "why do white people do xyz?".

Yep. They've been dumbed down and indoctrinated so much that they just expect to be given everything, and all of life's difficulties are the result of racism, directed at them alone and no other minorities.

Everyone is being dragged down to the lowest common denominator.

Why is it that blacks are so quick to defend and lie for crimes of other blacks? Why do they think its right and just to riot and destroy others property?

Why is it whites are so quick to defend and lie for gun nut loons. Goes all the way back to Waco. Not one person here would defend Koresh and his loons after they murdered federal agents trying to serve warrants if those warrants didn't t deal with guns. Not one person here would defend a 52 day standoff off with the police if the charges didn't originally stem from gun laws.

Look what happened with the loons in Nevada. Look at the Rick Perry thread. Blind defense and lies and distort ions claiming it's not illegal to veto as if that's the charge. You see if the IRS targets the tea Partiers then that means Obama illegally punished his political opponents but when Perry's buddy is being indicted by the special office dealing with statewide corruption, and Perry cuts off all funds to that office after saying the head of it better resign or else... We get crickets and lies from the white folk.

And there have been numerous threads of "what ifs" re if the Feds took way guns. You'd see rioting and violence way worse than Ferguson.

You see white people don't riot because the govt doesn't repress Con Rights to the tipping point the way blacks believe theirs have. But they would and they have. The Stonewall Riots which started the gay rights movement. The Vietnam protests. The 1968 Dem Convention.

Brown's family released a statement Friday declaring they were "beyond outraged" at the "character assassination" of their son.

That's quite funny.

I always thought that one must first have character, before it can be assassinated.

And no, I don't believe that gives cops free rein to gun down people.

No, of course not, but I do believe he shot that guy in a non-self defense situation.

depends on your definition of "provoked".

We have seen more than one cop kill someone without justification. I am sure in each of those cases the cops were "provoked" some way or another.

The guy in NY that was choked to death was murdered, but he "provoked" the police by not obeying.

I thought the autopsy found that he actually had a heart attack? I may be wrong but I thought I remembered reading that. I will have to check.

ETA: I am wrong. Disregard.

Google "Albequerque police shoot homeless man" and let me know if police ever shoot people with their hands up.

Nope. Coroner put "chokehold" in the report to remove all doubt.
