Like it or not, Trump's victory is due to the unpopularity of Obama's failed policies.

How can you not see how destructive he's been to your party? In the past 6 years, he's lost the House, Senate, and dozens of governorships and state legislatures. He's been a disaster for the party because of his far left agenda that the voters have rejected.

Just admit it, he's been a colossal frickup.

I don't think it helped Hillary that Obama continued to say that She was going to continue what he was doing and build on his legacy.

That would require a look into the mirror and some honest reflection and tough truths.
Ain't happening from the Obama fan boys.

No shite. If a president destroyed my party I sure as hell wouldn't suck his dick like the libs do. I'd curse him to hell.

Uh, Obama's approval rating is very high now. I feel sure that, had we no 22nd Amendment, Obama could have and would have beaten Trump soundly.

Hillary's problem was not Obama. It was that she wasn't Obama.

Except Trump won't spend the entirety of his Presidency blaming everything on his predecessor like Obama did. He'll just get to work fixing the mess we're in.

Yeah, right. Those same polls that had HRC winning in a landslide right?
Makes a big difference who you ask and what questions you ask.

Why don't we ever get the breakdown of these polls supposedly showing 55% of America thinking he's doing such a great job?

They just tell the sheep what to believe and y'all go one believing it. LOL

Any Dem without the email issue would have coasted to a victory. So no.

The election was about the economy and thus a referendum on Obama's failures in that regard. That being said, Trump got less votes than Romney 2012. Bernie would have likely buttfricked Trump.

The problem was HRC and the DNC. Her own party hated her and the DNC forcefed her. Now theyre reaping what theyve sewn.

In addition i think you can say that this election was also a referendum on the GOPe failure. The GOPe still has plenty of turmoil coming unless they fall in line. The left is DEFINITELY going further left next election. Im not sure Trump takes the GOP further right given some of his own liberal leanings.

How the heck did the Dems lose the Presidency, fail to take over the house or Senate if Obama is so popular?

They even own very few States. Not on Obama at all?

Are you serious with this?

The rest of your post is decently logical but this makes no sense.

Must be the same pollsters that provide the unemployment figures.

People tell pollsters they like Obama.

Their voting behavior says the exact opposite. 73 million Americans voted for insurgent candidates who represented a radical change of direction (13 million Berniebots in the primary and 60 million Trumpkins on Tuesday).

You don't vote for radical change when you're satisfied with the current state of affairs.

Dems literally can't say anything negative about Obama.

Negativity regarding Obama= racism

And it's impossible for a dem to be racist.

Everyone knows that.

You really think someone who was with her changed their mind because of Huma's laptop? That was more Oktoberfest than October surprise. And when no smoking gun was found and they finally said nothing new was there, that gave anyone with doubts "permission" to vote for her.
