As far as Obamacare, they're not going to throw 20 million people off the rolls overnight. At most it'll be sunsetted into 2018 or beyond. And note that he said "repeal and replace." The leading replacement proposal is some kind of health savings account program with refundable tax credits-which looks a whole lot like what we have now, except the money goes into a HSA instead of directly to the insurers as premium subsidies. It's still a transfer payment.
