Undeclared wars are cheered by folks like McCain and Graham for a reason: it is much easier for us to go to war when the decision rests in one person's hand. This board conveniently forgets that. If we go to war, Trump needs to channel Rand Paul, follow the damn Constitution and have Congress declare it.
I'm just pointing out the fun the progressives had by ignoring that same premise for eight years and then fully supporting it now.
The Republicans who want to do the same thing are just as bad.

No, the Constitution doesn't give him that authority. The War Powers Act, which is legislation passed in the 1970s, does.
