Now if only Mr. Rather could explain to his colleagues the difference between "do your job" and "push your own agenda."

I love this bozo.

He defended the media like crazy in the 80's - when conservatives where saying "there seems to be a slight bias towards the left" - that's all they said.

And he went ballistic...paraphrasing:

"we are journalists, we are professionals, there are no more liberals in journalism than conservatives! That's preposterous!"

And then after years of being protected and being in a liberal bubble - he finally got caught lying for his liberal cause and got fired.

Dan Rather, the same Dan Rather that got fired for Fake News.

Knowing what he did in the past I would love to know how he would honestly define the parameters of their job.

Tell us again Dan how many official DoD memorandums, Active, Reserve, or Guard, have ever had the subject "CYA" in them.

Rather resides in the elite company of Bill Clinton and Jimmy Swaggart. They get caught in bold-faced lies, and then spend the rest of their lives trying to resurrect their credibility...in the eyes of people who can't be fooled. Rather disgraced himself and the very Principles of the Vocation to which he supposedly serves. Just another hack among hacks now.
