Don't forget the blow up of the nuclear option by your man Harry Reid. We learned from him also.

This is the biggest nothingburger the left has freaked out over in... at least a month.

Anyone can buy basic birth control pills for $10 at Walmart. It might be the fanciest birth control or the one you want but you can have birth control.

For those that can't afford $10, you can get it free through planned parenthood, state/federal health programs and a ton of freebies from the pharmaceutical companies by calling their number or printing off online coupons.

If you require a specific pill for health reasons, again you can get them extremely cheap (-$20) or free through pharmaceutical or government programs.

Birth control isn't a constitutionally protected right.

Why should a company have to provide insurance? Didn't ObamaCare fix all that??

You're confused. Undoing unconstitutional mandates is simply that..undoing a "rule by fiat". It is not the same thing.

It restores order. Let Congress do their job and reveal their positions. Then defend themselves in reelections.

Why shouldn't a portion of the salary a company pays an employee be used by the employee to pay for their own health insurance?

Holy shite, how self-unaware can you be? Just because you want it means you have a right to it? And you want the authoritarian force of the federal government to make others give it to you? Do you even read what you type?

That's the logical extension of your argument.

Bothers you? Don't work for the company. You are not entitled to health insurance.

because people are like fricking cur dogs who cannot control themselves if their masters do not take care of them?

Birth control costs nothing. If you don't like what your employer does you can drag your lazy arse out into this incredibly tight job market and find another one.

Not quite a legal scholar. if a law is created by executive order it can be eliminated the same way. There is not one constitutional scholar who would argue against that. However, creating law that may be a violation of the Constitution will create lots of argument. Of course, you know this. This is just your continuing melt. (Trumps NFL comments are a felony, right? )
