I would love to see more dollars put towards children's services. Children in the country should want for nothing. Once you hit 18 however you should be expected to "pay that back" by being a productive citizen.

We spend wayyyy more on adult day care (prisons) then we should and far less on nurturing the future of our country then we should. I'd like to see this reversed.

Is it not possible if you know you are eligible for certain deductions to change your withholding so that you don't have to wait for one big refund?

I'll give you the first part, although I'll have to include you in the "most". Although if I was struggling financially and knew that a little research could save me thousands of dollars I guarantee I would do it.

The 2nd part is moronic. If these people are already paying for child care, contributing to a Dependent Care FSA would literally give them more money each check.

I'll go one step further. If tax credits are how you survive maybe you should stop having fricking kids.
