This POS thread was idle for 4 days, did you really need to dredge it up from the trash heap of idiot threads?
I could have started another one.

All insurance claims are voluntary. That must mean all claims are fraudulent by your standards.

BTW folks - my latest red tape has to do with the IRS. They sent us a bill for $124 claiming that we received a 403(b) withdrawal in 2012. We didn't, and as it turns out - the reason they think this - is because MetLife fricked up - not the IRS. They sent the wrong forms, and is now even dragging their stupid asses about sending the right one as our IRS appeal deadline approaches.
But of course - we volunteered for MetLIfe to frick up and us not even know it until 2 years later.
MetLife is, BTW, a horrible company. My wife's online account has listed the incorrect beneficiaries in case of her death for years. The folks at Met LIfe say we shouldn't worry about it, they've got the forms that say otherwise! Sure thing guys.

fleaux, those are fighting words! You're guilty of assault! Me of insurance fraud! I hope we share a cell! That would be fun!

Its all voluntary dude. All association with business is voluntary. If an owner operator truck driver runs over you and kills you and your family sues him, that's a voluntary association with a private business.
