Concerning the Gaza tunnels:

I figure there are some engineers and military experts in here. What are some actual, realistic options for the IDF to render these miles of tunnels untenable in the future for Hamas and any other terrorists from using them again after Israel is finished with whatever they plan to do there in Gaza?

dynamite them, then bulldoze the surrounding structures into the trenches left behind until its a flat parking lot

Nah. They’ll just rebuild.
Secretly install pipes to deliver poison gas into the tunnels. Hide the supply point in garages that you lease under the auspices of a business. Then, at the critical times, you bring in trucks with gas tanks and pump it into the tunnels.

Pipeline to pump water in from the mediterranean, use directional drilling technology from the oilfield to run it to the highest tunnels they can find. Let gravity do the rest, and flood them. Even if they start pumping them out, IDF should be able to see where water is suddenly flooding out of the ground. If you are someone who built access to the tunnels under a building, then well... actions have consequences.
