I am just popping in here to say that I am still obsessed with this case, so I actualy sympathize with these students at least in that respect.

But I think I might be the only person in the world with the opinion that I have on this matter. I can totally see how the grand jury could have made their decision based strictly on the video and the law.

Maybe that's a sign that you need to reassess your opinion.

Just add this to "things in the federal Constitution liberals abhor":

grand juries

right to bear arms

freedoms of religion, association and speech

the Electoral College (Bush-Gore)

already accomplished: direct election of Senators

Good stinking grief. What about the other multitudes of tragedies around the world? Can one have his test postponed because children are starving in Africa?
Here is a better one; what if I'm distraught over all the aborted babies?

This may be the first valid comparison you've ever made on this board

The Michael Brown case is pretty cut and dry. The Garner case is questionable at best, but what does either have to do with finals?

You are correct in that it is a private university and it can do what it wants.

However, I would still never hire one of those soft pussies.

I want to go back to the 20th century. This century sucks.

I'm taking the internet and HD with me, though.

We're not butthurt. We're just easily amused at a bunch of pussies using a bullshite excuse to put off finals for a few more days and calling a spade a spade.

Going by this logic by the way, we really shouldn't be butthurt whenever a bakery or flower shop refuses to serve gay people because they're a private establishment like Harvard is.
