And Portman is "concerned"

This is not looking good for those who want just a repeal a la Rand Paul.

The vote actually means something now.

The Congressional GOP never wastes a chance to completely frick itself. They deserve whatever happens to them in 2018, and the nation will suffer for it.

If they can't even get a motion to proceed vote on a bill they've already voted for in the past, the repeal effort is dead. This was McConnell's last ditch effort. On to tax reform.

Schumer and the Dems will now go into August recess touting this victory.

Exclusive footage of Senator Collins as she considers a legislative repeal of the ACA:

Only a politician would rejoice that they are on a sinking ship.

On to tax reform.

The money for tax reform was going to come from health insurance reform.

Tax relief is a pipe dream at this point.

Expect them to rearrange some infrastructure deck chairs on the entitlement Titanic.

Yeah, this shows that Collins voted AGAINST pure repeal in 2015, thanks for digging this up for me.

Collins has actually been against repealing Obamacare for some time. She voted against it.

Not all Republicans in Congress have been elected on the repeal platform. Many purple state R's have avoided being seen as pro-repeal.

If this was Harry Reid's senate, Susan Collins would lose all of her committee posts. Now that frickhead Arlen Specter is gone, she is the worst republican. Might as well have a democrat senator from Maine at this point.

You are correct. I was wrong.

I'll shift that post and direct it at Capito.
