Is there a gag order on Cohen and others? I'm sure there isn't, but wondering if the judge even touched on why not while putting it on Trump. Also, what has he been saying that may tank the case?

If the judge maintains that Trumps entire past is within scope of questioning if he takes the stand - this case is tossed on appeal.
