So if someone exercises their 1st Amendment Right, and the employer doesn't agree with that position(which was done privately, and was if I remember, leaked, which is illegal) that employee is subject to termination?

If they put the financial future of the company in jeopardy? Absolutely.

I don't really have a problem with this.

Mozilla force him out because Icupid or whatever that site is called shut firefox out.

Now if you don't like it don't use Icupid or whatever it was.

That is how the free market works.

Who was that high level staffer for Mitt Romney that was forced out because he was gay? Where was all your righteous indignation about that?

If a Christian school found out that one of their teachers donated to a pro gay marriage organization and fired him, I wouldn't have any problem with it either. No one's 1st Amendment Right was violated in this case or my hypothetical case. A private organization should have the right to hire/fire whoever they want for whatever reason they deem appropriate.

His name is Richard Grenell and is a frequent contributor to FOX News.

I was angry about that, as were many on the Right, and have been actively supportive of GOProud.

It's just that the groups that scream about inclusiveness are the least tolerant of all.
And I have a problem with someone being fired for their political/religious beliefs.
