I mean, I personally was due to my parents. But I highly doubt many of my classmates were.

Good God. Dude, I apologize. I just read about a bill proposed in 2010 in MS, to require schools to choose between abstinence only, and abstinence plus educations. In 2010.

They should, too many don't.

Hell, my parents didn't and I'm one lucky bastard to have not ruined my life with some girl that I just wanted to screw.

I have fostered no unwanted pregnancies. I have never had a venereal disease. I never took a class in sex ed. How did I learn about sex? The old fashioned way. Bathroom wall illustrations. They're free and they're artistic.

Not your dads Playboy stash? I think I still have a box of them somewhere.

Kinda wish they'd talked to us about anal sex, considering some of the skanks I went to school with. Would have opened them up to a whole new world

No prob. My point earlier was that they did abstinence education in MS and it has failed by all objective measures. It's shocking, I know.

This brings up a point. What the hell do kids not know about sex considering online porn.

And if you realize that - then maybe education about reality and not gloifying what they see in porn might be helpful.

That Teen Vogue and CNN do nothing but say - isn't this awesome?

They're not even attempting to help anyone...or educate - it's purely agenda. And like Teen Vogue, they make an effort to make everyone genderless. You're not a male. You only have a prostate or you don't have a prostate. Because vagina is so passe and demeaning.

And my point was that it's not shocking at all. Education as a whole has failed, especially in the Mississippi Delta, regardless of the subject. That's on both sides of the river.

Some of them wouldn't be parents in the first place if they were capable of having a knowledgeable discussion on the topic.

They should be taught to put on a condom if they have anal sex.

They're not kids. They're teenagers. They know this. They're just stupid teens that won't heed any advice. They won't hesitate to wait on finding a condom. They will do it whem the opportunity presents itself.

So there is no function in "teaching" teens. It's an agenda.

Only in such a degenerate society as ours are 13 years even thinking anal sex. The larger issue is just how perverse how country has become.

Dammed straight. That wasn't the location I was thinking of as a kid, nor for that matter as an adult.

I think it is important to note that the Daily Caller's and the OP's headlines are misleading. The show(s) in question are not FOR teaching students but ABOUT teaching students about sex. Neither "Sex 101" or "This is Sex" were designed to be part of a curriculum.

Bunch of pedos trying to indoctrinate kids under the guise of education.

When would you ever have this "education?" Ancient Greece?
